"untitled" as a tab name is unhlepful #154

Change this to "untitled graph", "untitled derivation" etc.

This looks fine for "untitled", but once you have a file name, I would prefer these things go away (and still show the file extension). Ultimately, it would be nicer to convey this information with icons instead because e.g. "Python Script" uses up a lot of valuable tab real-estate.
