default theory for practical already has spider-rules #97

Not sure if this is really an issue, but the practical tex tell the user to create spider rules. But the spider rules are already in the default theory (although with zero angles). This is confusing.

Actually, no ruleset is included if you start up quantomatic for the first time (try removing the configuration directory; on Linux this is ~/.config/Quantomatic).
