Less than 5 minutes short breaks #267

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use short breaks just to strech a bit and blink and 5 minutes is too much

Describe the solution you'd like Just set the slider to go down to 1 (I would use 3), or make an input box to override it.
