FrequencyWords is not MIT licensed #287

Hello,

Language packs are under MIT (https://github.com/zxcvbn-ts/zxcvbn/blob/master/packages/languages/pl/package.json#L9) A language pack description states that Files based on that data and used to generate zxcvbn-ts dictionary are available publicly on https://github.com/hermitdave/FrequencyWords (MIT licensed) (https://github.com/zxcvbn-ts/zxcvbn/tree/master/packages/languages/pl), however the https://github.com/hermitdave/FrequencyWords repo description states that:

MIT License for code. CC-by-sa-4.0 for content.
