Export linked cases including fresh lightning automatically #45

There's one lightning threshold at the current stage: At least 20 lightning in the cluster https://github.com/zxdawn/S5P-LNO2/blob/4a5ca59230df1a4665fd93edbef880626022e535/main/s5p_lnox_utils.py#L189

We can add another one: at least xx lightning during the 100-min period before the TROPOMI overpass time. This can make sure there's enough fresh lightning happens before TROPOMI overpasses for the calculation of lightning NO2.

Instead of filtering data directly, we can write a script to link features of cases and save multiple parameters to one csv file:

case, filename, label, fresh_lightning
