What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. According to 3g Watchdog Pro 'mobile usage by application', apps Licence
Settings and CSC are not firewalled.
2. I have this apps blocked but still after every phone call CSC is able to
connect 3g.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

DroidWall 1.5.1, Gingerbread 2.3.3, Samsung Galaxy S2.
