PDF417 Argentinian Driver License #557

Hi, I can't get zxing-js nor "zxing online" to decode the PDF417 in Argentinian Driver Licences. Please help!, a photo is attached.

I tried ZXing and ZBar. None of them works.

Only Dynamsoft Barcode Reader can read them: https://demo.dynamsoft.com/barcode-reader/
