UG unclear references to "empty data file" #25

The data file is not empty when the application starts up for the first time, so it is unclear which "empty data file" the answer is referring to here.

The explanation could have been clearer by including more steps on how to overwrite the data folder. data file should mean the 'data' folder that is created. However, the severity should be Low as ExecutivePro is not meant to be highly portable and it is rare that users will have to change computers often, this bug is thus unlikely to affect the normal operations of ExecutivePro.
