Challenge rework #83 #84

This PR resolves the following Issue:

Challenge will no longer have checkpointCount variable. Instead, this will be replaced with the maxCommandBlocks variable.

Now, Challenges are declared to be completed once the line sensor detects passing over a line. Facilitators can now set "Command Block" limits to challenge students with completing a set challenge with a limited number of moves.

This feature is marked important as it will affect other ongoing feature development, and must be completed ASAP.
