Repo should be archived and point towards IntelBTFirmware #16

When a user googles IntelBTPatcher, this is the first result. It misleads first-time hackintoshers, and therefore causes broken bluetooth because of the old kext. It would save a lot of headaches if you could archive this repo and point users toward the newer one in the README too.

This repo is for self test only and doesn't need to be archived. I will add the information to the README. Thank you for the advice.
