Fail to load plugin

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install switchy from Chrome Web Store
2. Failed to load plugin
3. Restarting Chrome didn't help

Operating system:
Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2

Error Log:
