Win8 File Explorer #518

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enabling Switchy in Chrome Browser causes win8 File Explorer to refresh 
every 10 seconds. makes File Explorer impossible to use in large folders.

What is the expected output?
Had to uninstall switchy

Operating system:
Windows 8 pro

Error Log: none
