Quetre is broken as a tor hidden service #85

Quetre is broken when its in HTTP mode and both Tor and I2P hidden services use HTTP since HTTPS is useless there. Here is my instance as an example: http://quora.cepyxplublbyw2f4axy4pyztfbxmf63lrt2c7uwv6wl4iixz53czload.onion/

Did you try adding NO_UPGRADE=1 to your .env?
