Updates the readme.md file to use the latest version of the action

Thanks, this is great, but what might be even better is to use the latest 1.x version. I maintain a moving tag v1 that does that, want to update to that?

Since this is a documentation-only change, and the Marketplace always shows the repo's version of the home page, not just the last release, I won't need to make a new release.
