Chapter button skips multiple chapters at a time #52
The chapter skip buttons skip forward 2-3 chapters at a time, rather than just a single chapter.
This issue only happens when using a laptop touchpad and tapping the touchpad. The tactile physical clicks don't cause the issue. The default OSC doesn't cause the issue either. Using mpv 0.39.0
