directory tree-view and "project-level" features request #827

Micro would be able to replace Atom for me if it had a file tree-view that can be docked in a pane, and the ability to search files within the current "project" which would just be whatever is the root level folder of the treeview.

The functionality will have to be something similar to what Atom and Sublime Text has, where micro . or micro ~/dev/project would open the folder with the project tree view.
