What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add a folder to the desktop or drop an app onto another
2.the folder disappears and the black hole appears
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see apps in the foreground and the folder in the background. Instead 
I see apps in the foreground and a black hole in the background. The picture 
may explain it better.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version? version 1.3.3.55. I am on a hp touchpad, running cm7 xron.

Please provide any additional information below.
This error does not happen in the dock or when folder preview is disabled.
