Add "Wireless & networks / Mobile networks" as a Settings activity #380

Currently ADW Launcher supports creating a custom shortcut to many parts of the 
Settings menu, including several under the "Wireless & networks" submenu, e.g. 
Wifi, Bluetooth and VPN. However, "Mobile networks" is not amongst them.

For me, it is perhaps the most important one, as I am usually on 2G and I only 
switch to 3G when I need extra speed. Also, at least on Cyanogenmod, there is a 
data on/off there as well, which I also use.

Please add an activity to the Settings group that opens the Mobile networks 
screen. Or, if it is already available (though I haven't found it), kindly let 
me know how the name of its key.
