lock error on edited file #2

Hello,
there is a issue using Alfresco 4.2d and libreoffice 4.1.1.2.
I can open the file in libreoffice but i cannot save back it to the server.
Libreoffice error: "file is locked by you".
So it' seems that lock is not correctily managed by libreoffice or alfresco.
file lock is right for other users but the proper editor should always be able 
to save his file..

SOLVED.
The problem is a bug on dav in Libreoffice
Switched to openoffice 3.2 and everithing works fine, open and save
