with this commit some (more or less) new features are added to the manual

For the general modulator screenshots, do we want repeated screenshots where only the modulation field changes? Users would find different impacts of modulation likely quite interesting, but I don't know if those repeated screenshots help users understand the differences.

Outside of the one typo I'd now be in favor of squashing and merging :)
