I haven't had a chance to replicate yet, but what I'm guessing is a sufficient process is:
Steps to test:
1) Start from a new zyn instance. 2) Load a .kbm and .scl file 3) Confirm microtonal mappings have been applied 4) Save .xsz file using the file menu 5) Confirm file is written to disk 6) From a new zyn instance load the .xsz file saved in step 5 7) Confirm microtonal mappings have been applied
Sounds like the problem happens at step 7, but that could be an issue at step 5.
here the process fails at step 2. The file open dialog shows no .scl files. but loading via OSC comand works. all other steps work.
Some discussion on IRC indicates that missing .scl files in the file selector window is likely the bug where if there's a lot of files, no files are shown.
Version 3.0.5
When I choose "Load Microtonal" from the "File" menu and select an xsz file previously saved with "Save Microtonal", nothing happens, unless I do it before going to the scale settings. Even then, the key mapping is not restored.
