Windows release does not fully close #387

when I run 3.0.6 standalone on windows the command prompt that presumably runs the back-end does not close when pressing the x button or compelled by the taskmanager

Edit: the taskmanager worked

I think I noticed the same on Linux

This does appear to be a current limitation on windows: https://github.com/zynaddsubfx/zynaddsubfx/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L812-L823
