Issue: Instrument: MDA DX10: Envelope -> Decay seems broken #1141

Describe the issue

When the Instrument "MDA DX10" is loaded and you want to change the decay in the "Envelope"-Page, it seems, that the note will be really short. You cannot change it back, it stays short. Any change of the parameter doesn't influence the length of the note.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load Instrument "MDA DX10"
  2. Choose any preset
  3. Scroll to "Envelope"-Page
  4. change Dacay-Parameter

    Expected behaviour

    The decay should change according to the parameter. Note can be long or short. Note shouldn't be stuck to one length

    Actual behaviour

    The length of the note stays short, whatever you set...

All the envelope controls seem to be broken. You don't seem to be able to adjust the attack or release either.
