Describe the bug An attempt to run a wifi hotspot fails due to Wi-Fi is currently blocked by rfkill. Use raspi-config to set the country before use.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Sorry i can't reproduce. Is it a fresh burned image? What about the hardware? Etc. My several zynthian's wifi works OK and i never had to use raspi-config.
