Cannot move chain with touch #1162

Describe the issue

There is the ability to position a chain at any position in the mixer view. This cannot be done with touch alone.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to chain options
  2. Select "Move chain"

    Expected behaviour

    Able to click and drag the chain to new position.

    Actual behaviour

    Cannot move chain with touch.

    Additional context

    An encoder is used to move the chain but should also be draggable.
