Support for Surge XT #849

One of the most awesome synths on Zynthian - Surge, has had a major upgrade -> Surge XT This is not yet supported on zynthian, it would be really nice if it would.

As far as I can see, it already is there, at least in Vangelis? Is there anything wrong with it?
