V5: Snapshots via Midi only from MSB 00 loadable

To Reproduce

• build a bank 001
• insert some Snapshots
• • try to load them with MSB 001 LSB 000, MSB 001 LSB 001 or other combinations an PC= 1 or 2 or 3
• • nothing works

Expected behavior loading possible from all midibanks

I can't quite understand this issue. Are you trying to use MIDI Program Change on the Master Channel to load snapshots as described here?

The issue report refers to MSB/LSB which is used for bank switching but bank switching is not described in the steps to reproduce.

Please describe the exact steps with description of what is expected at each step.
