Updated existing run.py.

No changes made in the existing tests
Added a condition to check negative scenario when an image is not there in container
Tests are successfully executed in local

Also Created test container & kiroshi-test container in the environments where they are missing.

@NavyaAnnaJames merging this now, would you be willing to remove this test and rewrite it in Pytest at some point for greater consistency?
