Escape Ampersands in Code Output #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just put an ampersand into your alt text and youll see the issue when you 
get code.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect '&' but I get '&'

What version of the product are you using? On what browser/operating system?
I'm on Chrome 18 on Mac OSX 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Nice product, you save me at least like 2 hours.

True. Although most cases are handled well by the browser, validators will 
probably flip out from this.
