Enhance book detail screen UI - consider including ALL details and disabling rotation (such as some other later book apps do) #105

Make it a delimited section by section long screen, scrollable, and or just 
disable orientation changes. This is what some other book apps that came after 
BookWorm do (MyBookDroid mentioned by user on issue 104). 

Generally improve UI of the detail screen.
