I have a textfile input with ~330K entries; I've let space-radar run for several hours, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

are you able to post this textfile somewhere (textbin or something) so I can see what the errors are?

Sure, here's the gzip file I created (format: file size in bytes, followed by tab, followed by filename): sizes_hashed.txt.gz

This should be fixed in master now. Let me know if you still encounter issues.
