What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Help Desk module
2. Look up user
3. >> need button to clear data, e.g. Challenge Responses, History, OTP,
certain attributes.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Currently not possible. This is useful as an additional security measure for
blocked accounts --> disable possibility to reset password.
