Issues with PWM after Apache Reverse Proxy #566

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visiting the site using the DNS name.

Setup:

- 1 VM with running apache as a reverse proxy
- 1 VM running PWM with Tomcat6.
- DNS record points to the reverse proxy

The proxy works (kinda) but the pages do not load correctly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see the normal login page but I see a continue button and an HTTP 404 
Error saying that the page I requested cannot be found. If I visit the site 
with the IP address without using the Apache Proxy via the DNS name everything 
looks perfect.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7

What ldap directory and version are you using?
AD

This is a configuration issue either in Apache or PWM, not a bug. Please post 
your question on the discussion list.
