[Enhancement] Allow User to send SMS verification token to any of the two registered mobile numbers.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Changing Password/Forgotten Password

What is the expected output?
During Forgotten Password, we are sending SMS token to the user's registered 
mobile number.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
eDir 8.8.8

We are planning to use PWM in one of the Schools. I have been asked if it is 
possible to send the forgotten password SMS token to anyone of the two 
registered mobile number for the kids. The kids have two mobile numbers 
registered, one of their parents and one of their teachers.

Is it something the good people of PWM would be interested in adding? :)
or can you please point me in the right direction where I can make the change 
myself?

Seem like a good idea, but will probably not be implemented in 1.7.x. Some 
changes are made in the 1.8.x (trunk) version for SMS/Email tokens. We might 
add this, too, or perhaps in a later version.

Is it a multi-value attribute for phone numbers, or do you plan to use multiple 
attributes?

We are planning on using two different attributes. One for home phone and the 
other for school phone.
