[Feature Request] Advanced Configuration Feature State #590

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. N/A

It would be nice to have the configuration editor remember if you want/do not 
want the advanced options shown. I think this could be easily implemented 
through a browser cookie. 

During configuration and testing, having to click the advanced options all the 
time is ever so slightly annoying. Not a huge deal, but I think would be nice 
feature.
