Set up hosting with Heroku

As a DEVELOPER, I want to have my website accessible on the internet with a domain name.

[x] The website is set up such that it functions properly locally.
[ ] The Heroku-hosted repo is set up and and changes are updated as the CI/CD pipeline is set up.
[ ] The original repo has Procfile added and configured.
[ ] The correct port is being listened.
[ ] Heroku and Firebase is well-connected and set up.
