As a USER, I want to be able to see my carbon score for the month, as well as for previous months, on the Carbon Score page of the website. (Note, use constants to just visualize, the functionality issue will deal with later)

[ ] Past 6 months of user's carbon score is displayed in a bar graph
[ ] This month's score has a breakdown section that highlights improvements from past months and most sustainable companies the user transacted with.
[ ] The page should also display ESG info for the top 5 companies transacted with.
[ ] Add info about how user scores are calculated into the Learn More section (which also has more ESG info, as specified in issue #4 ).
