Implement and Refactor Transactions Page: Implemented Hooks, Components #96

This PR is specifically for the Transactions page that was not implemented. Closes #97

UI Updates:

Made borders consistent across Action, Company, and Date Range filters
Created specific interfaces for our hooks and components to keep things tidy and simple with interface segregation
Coded reusable components for the filters and date picker
High-level parts of the code don’t depend on low-level details (just on abstractions)

Testing:

Tested with Jest, npm run build was successful as well
Checked all 3 Action Company Date filters
UI is consistent and buttons are ACCESSIBLE with only tab and shift keys
