Issue: Implement and Refactor Transactions Page for Better UI and Code Structure

As a DEVELOPER, I want to implement and refactor the Transactions Page by configuring the UI, implementing custom hooks, and following SOLID principles, so that the code is more maintainable and the user interface is consistent.

Acceptance Criteria (A/C):

• UI Configuration:

  • Standardize borders and sizing for Action, Company, and Date Range filters.

• Testing:

  • Verify all filters work correctly, with Jest and Workflow tests passing.
  • UI consistency across different devices and themes.
