Added Dutch (Netherlands) translation #3

There is one missing bit. I was a bit lazy, so there is no any "infrastructure" for translating desktop files. They have to be translated "manually". I should probably leave some note about that in translations/.

Could you please also translate Name in src/package/metadata.desktop?
