The program's settings need to be saved in own directory #23

Currently the program saves its settings in the registry and/or App Data, which is highly impractical if people want to include the renderer with their mod. In general saving settings in the registry/App Data also offers no advantages for a small program such as the renderer.

Not sure if this is a good idea, as the program (by default) installs in program files, which is not accessible to non-administrator accounts.

The default install dir could be changed, but I think it's actually far more practical to distribute the program without an installer to begin with (but instead in a zip or rar file).
