Volume stuck at 0 #4

All seems to be working perfectly, but no sound plays. When I check the volume mixer in Windows I can see that the application is playing sound, but the volume is at 0. If I try to change the volume through the sound mixer, I can get it to play for a second only for it to then jump back down to 0 instantly.

Okay, I've found what the "issue" is. It's just that when you are tabbed out of the game, jukebox is forced to go on 0. When you get into the game, the app is on previous volume it was set on. if you are on Win10, you can press Win+G to open XBox overlay and you can use volume mixer in it. I had it on 100 when I entered the game.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem, but mine seems worse because the app doesn't appear in the volume mixer and the volume stuck at 0, I'm out of ideas, if anyone can help me that would be nice, thank you.
