Working principle of fertilizer disc granulator The main motor drives the belt pulley and belt of the fertilizer disc granulator,and the reducer drives the pinion.The pinion and the big gear fixed at the bottomm of the disc are toothed with each other and work in the opposite direction.The big gear is installed on the main shaft fixed on the adjusing disc of the machine by special and reasonable design to support the work of the whole granulation plate.After the material enters the granulation tray,the continuous rotation of the granulation plate and the spray device make the material stick together to form spherical pellets.
