Links in developers guide are broken

All the links in developers guide in this page are broken which causes great inconvenience for developers reading it. The links in user guide works fine.

The developers can still scroll down to relevant sections when required, and they can refer to our product website for a working version of the developers guide.

Reason for disagreement: I believe the severity of this bug should remain medium due to the following reasons:

1. As discussed in the forum and shown in the screenshot below, the website is not in the scope of this PE and tester are not expected to use the website. Therefore, it cannot be a method to work around the broken links and lower the severity.

2. All the links in the screenshot (many others in the developers guide) are broken which cause a significant amount of inconvenience to the user, especially a developer hoping to navigate around the DG quickly. According to the PE guide, broken links can be coonsidered low or medium and given almost all the links are broken, a medium severity will be more appropriate
