Hela stage name is not displayed correctly #198

Hela stage name is not displayed correctly. Also there is no image for the next stage, and the link to the next stage doesn't work.

This is also a problem with other villain cards that have side A and B. The stage column in the database currently only allows numbers so there's not a mechanism in place right now to support something like A1 gracefully.

We have the same issue with cards like MaGog.
