Add health_text support #200

We should add the ability to include health_text to cards so that we can flag the hit points with a star and link it to the text.

Going to close this issue based on the conversations from https://github.com/zzorba/marvelsdb/pull/207. We'll come up with a better more scalable way to tag health with a star and be able to display the health text associated with that property on the cards.
