Animation not working when using Wayland

In Fedora 25 Wayland is set as default in place of Xorg. The ease in animation does not work -- instead of "dropping down" the terminal is spawning in the upper half of the screen and expanding. Unchecking the 'Animation' checkbox in the settings does not change anything. When starting a session with Xorg, Drop Down Terminal behaves as expected: the animations work properly.

It affects me on Fedora 25 Wayland too, but there's another bug that happens on multi-monitor setup: With Xorg terminal dropped down only on my primary monitor. On Wayland, it spawns on the display where the cursor is, and does not scale properly.

This issue is blocking me to switch to Wayland =(

I can confirm both issues using wayland on arch:

• Animation is always on and isn't the slide I remember from xorg.
• Terminal appears also on the secondary screen if the focus is there, with wrong size.
