Progress:
- created sections
- able to drag and drop section into already created section
- add sectionId to components that are dragged in to the section
What is missing:
- to be able to create a new section (so we don't drag the section into the base one)
New field: sectionId
There's no need for the ability to put segments within segments.
The user should be able to add questions to segments via drag&drop.
