TODOs:

[x] Fix header -> have the same everywhere
[x] Create Drag and Drop interface
[x] Be able to Drag and Drop elements from the sidebar
[x] Drag and Drop should put the next item into its "place" -> Form elements are under each other
[x] Be able to change order of Dragged in form elements
[x] Expose the state through an Output()
