Does not work on Windows XP SP3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Examine Example files
3. Tried this on several Win XP SP3 machines. Same result on all.

What is the expected output? Should display in the Windows Thumbnail Viewer, 
etc. What do you see instead? OS (and Windows Viewer) do not recognize file 
type.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3 (32-bit)

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried this on several Win XP SP3 machines. Same lack of functionality on all. 
Suggests the codec installer was not adequately tested.

The WebP WIC codec works under Windows XP SP3 only in the sense that 
WIC-enabled applications can use it, but the problem is that the standard 
Windows Image Viewer on XP (unlike Vista+) is not WIC-enabled. Thus, the 
installer doesn't register the extension. I see that our download page doesn't 
make it clear. I will fix the documentation.

I have updated http://code.google.com/speed/webp/docs/webp_codec.html to make 
it clear that Windows Explorer/Photo Viewer integration is only available on 
Vista and newer.
